Hi, finally here’s the first newsletter of 2001, in which a brief report of our adventures from the last 3 months.

ADDRESS:

First this: it took a while but we have a new e-mail address now. The new address is: webmaster@theranchgirls.com

SHOWS:

The next international shows are scheduled:

• Miss Mary Ann will play in Belgium: "Rock Around Turnhout" coming Easter Sunday 15 April and Switzerland: at the airport in Triengen the 18^th of August.
• But .... the Ranch Girls will be in Switzerland sooner: at the annual "Zeughausfest" in Zürich the 9th of June. We would be happy if someone out there could find us a gig on route Rotterdam-Zürich at the 8th or 9th of June. Please let us know.
• Last but not least: the Ranch Girls & Ragtime Wranglers will have their 4^th US-tour, starting at the annual Rockabilly Weekender in Indianapolis http://www.RockabillyRebelWeekend.com and travelling between Nashville, New York and Chicago the following weeks.

RECORDINGS:

We’re still working on the Ranch Girls’ CD. It is taking us a little bit longer, for a broken recorder caused the erasure of five songs. Last few weeks we re-recorded those five songs. Soon more ....

COMPUTER MANIA:

More fun: if you sent us an e-mail in February: SEND IT AGAIN SAM. We lost our data because of our annual computer-crash that month. Please contact us again at the new address.

Hallo, eindelijk is hier de eerste nieuwsbrief van 2001 met in het kort waar wij mee bezig zijn geweest de afgelopen maanden.

Als eerste een nieuw e-mail adres (eindelijk aan de praat).Het nieuwe adres is: webmaster@theranchgirls.com

OPTREDENS:

De volgende buitenlandse optredens komen eraan:

• Miss Mary Ann speelt in België: "Rock Around Turnhout" op paaszondag 15 april en in Zwitserland: op het vliegveld in Triengen op 18 augustus.
• Maar .... de Ranch Girls spelen eerder in Zwitserland: "Zeughausfest" in Zurich op 9 juni. Als er iemand nog een optreden weet op de route Rotterdam-Zürich op 8 juni of 10 juni laat het dan even weten?
• Last but not least: de Ranch Girls & Ragtime Wranglers gaan voor de vierde keer touren in de Verenigde Staten; we beginnen bij het Rockabilly Weekend in Indianapolis http://www.RockabillyRebelWeekend.com , daarna twee weken op pad tussen Nashville, New York en Chicago.

OPNAMEN:

We zijn nog steeds bezig met de nieuwe CD van de Ranch Girls. Het gaat even wat langer duren, want door een defecte recorder is er een band met vijf nummers gewist. Deze vijf nummers zijn afgelopen weken opnieuw opgenomen. Binnenkort meer ....

COMPUTER MANIA:

Als je ons gemaild hebt in de maand februari: SEND IT AGAIN SAM. We hebben onze jaarlijkse een computer crash gehad en alles is weg. Stuur het anders gelijk naar ons nieuwe adres.
